The "Academic Debt" module helps teachers and school administration focus attention on critically important works that students must submit to successfully master the curriculum.
Highlighting mandatory works. In the electronic journal, important works can be marked with a special "Mandatory" flag to easily track the completion of critical tasks.
Automatic recalculation of results. Every night, the service automatically recalculates the results for all mandatory works. If a student is missing a grade for any work or it is below the set minimum threshold, such work is marked as "Academic Debt".
Notification of academic arrears. Students and parents can see arrears in the personal account, which encourages timely fulfillment.
Opportunity for retakes. The module allows teachers to accept works after the deadline or organize retakes. Once the arrears are resolved, it disappears from the student’s account.
Customizing the grading system. Thanks to the integrated "Grading System" directory with an adjustable slider, the school administration can set thresholds for grades to separate results into low, medium, and high. This allows for a more precise identification of arrears and motivates students to improve their academic results.
