Students

An individual profile is created for each student containing personal and academic information. Bulk upload and assignment by buildings, classes, and groups are supported. All data can be edited through the administrator interface.

Parents

One or more parents can be linked to a student’s account. A single parent can view information for multiple children. This information is available to class teachers and mentors to support the family throughout all stages of education.

Staff

Staff members are added manually or via lists. Profiles record contacts, position, role, and department. Even after dismissal, a profile can be restored — work history and connections are preserved.

Data Security and Consistency

Each user has unique access. The system prevents information duplication and helps organize accurate data collection.

User Lifecycle Management

Convenient tools for expulsion, dismissal, and re-enrollment. When restored, activity history, connections, and access rights are retained.
