Admissions campaign

The school configures all admission stages with parameters, dates, and notifications for parents. Each step is recorded in the system and accompanied by automatic notifications to parents.

The service allows you to set criteria and scores to rank applications based on various parameters, simplifying candidate selection.

Candidates can be registered manually or registration can be opened to parents. Parents create a personal account, fill out the application, and receive confirmation by email. All applications are automatically entered into the system.

Use built-in tools to assess candidates. Add tests, questionnaires, and schedule interviews. Candidates complete them online, and results are immediately displayed in their profile.

Test and evaluation results are recorded at each stage, and the system stores candidates’ personal documents.

Assign scores, vote, and leave recommendations. Staff see only their own comments and recommendations; the final evaluation is generated automatically. The school can customize the scoring system and criteria.

Parents always know the status of the application. Automatic emails are sent at each status change. The parent’s account displays the current stage, history, and reminders.

An approved candidate can be enrolled with one click without re-entering data. All information is automatically transferred to the student’s profile.
