Process: Participation in intellectual competitions

Participation of students in intellectual contests and olympiads is a significant indicator of their development. If a student is in the process of self-discovery, participating in intellectual competitions can help them identify their own interests. If a student has already chosen their future profession, participating in olympiads can help them clarify their goals and tasks, as well as collect achievements in their portfolio, which will be useful when writing a motivational letter for university admission. The school's task is to collect all the student's achievements in one place.

The process scheme includes the following stages:

  1. Distribution of main contests/olympiads into groups chosen by the school.
  2. Entering types of results in the directory.
  3. Formation of a list of contests/olympiads for the academic year with dates.
  4. Adding results as they are received throughout the year.
  5. Displaying the student's participation in all contests in their personal account.
  6. Formation of a complete portfolio of the student's achievements over all years of schooling.

Possible contest/olympiad groups (formed by the school):

  • State subject Olympiad
  • Scientific-practical school conference
  • "British Bulldog"

Possible types of results (formed by the school):

  • Winner,
  • Participant,
  • Diploma of the I degree, etc.

The child collects a complete list of intellectual contests/olympiads in which they participated. The school administration automatically generates a report on the participation of students in various types of intellectual competitions, with the ability to filter data by school. All upcoming contests are displayed in the school's event calendar.
