To reset your password:

Go to the website and on the login page click on the "Forgotten Password?" button.

Enter the email address connected with your account that you provided during registration.

An email will be sent to the address you provided, containing a link to reset the initial password and regain access

Please click on the link. Please note that the link will expire in 60 minutes. If the link is no longer active, don't worry, you can request a password reset again. The next link will be sent in a new email.

After clicking on the "Reset Password" button, the system will provide you with an automatically generated password. If you do not wish to use it, click on the "Not Use" button and enter a password of your liking.

The password must be at least 8 characters long and include lowercase and uppercase Latin letters, numbers, and special characters (! _ - @ $ % #, etc.).
The documentation for the service is now available in Russian for the school administration.
Go to the "Documentation" module at the bottom of the main menu. In the open module, you will be able to select the topic you are interested in or find it by keywords in the search.
We are actively working to make the documentation available in English and for teachers and parents to use in the near future.
Yes. Sign up for a demonstration of the system and after that you can get free access for a month and test Mojo on a real group of students in your school.
Yes. Depending on the type and method of data storage, you may be able to do this yourself or with the help of our support team.
We can discuss the details of enhancements required by the school and fulfil them on a free or paid basis depending on several factors: urgency, complexity, exclusivity.
The earlier the better. We do not recommend delaying the implementation of the system until the beginning of the school year, so that the school can build a more flexible and relaxed schedule for training on using the service.
The contract is concluded for 12 months. Payment can be made in one, two or three instalments.
