Process: Admission to school

Different schools have different admission procedures, as each school independently determines its admission rules. Typically, this process is multi-step and complex, requiring work with a large number of people. It is important not to miss a single applicant and be able to track the admission way of each of them, as this is where their learning journey in your school begins.

Organization of the admission process in school.

  1. Preparing the school for the enrollment of new students.

1.1. Formation of the "roadmap" of admission.

1.2. Entering all stages into the service with the necessary parameters and dates.

Possible admission roadmap:

  • Registration.
  • Data verification.
  • Questionnaire.
  • Testing.
  • Interview.
  • Enrollment / Rejection.

For each stage, it is possible to add a notification of its passage to the parent's email. Any stage may include a survey/questionnaire and testing.

2. Development of selection criteria with a given number of points. This is the basis for further ranking of applications.

3. Registration of a parent in the system.

All stages of a child's admission to school go through the parent's personal account. The school itself determines whether the parent can register independently or whether each application is entered by a school employee. The student's personal account will be created automatically with a positive result.

4. School staff assigns tests for candidates. All actions are performed by the parent and candidate in one personal account.

5. At each stage, the school provides ratings based on the established criteria, adds comments, and accumulates the maximum amount of data in order to make the right decision and choose "their student".

  • The names of all candidates and their parents, their contact information;
  • At what stage each applicant is in the admission process;
  • How many candidates are at each stage;
  • The results of surveys/questionnaires of participants;
  • The results of testing of applicants.
