Process: Formation of reports

In the best schools, at the end of each academic period, teachers and mentors prepare reports for each student, describing their achievements and difficulties, highlighting skills that were developed and identifying those that require further work. Creating these reports is a difficult process but the Mojo service partially automates it, making it as convenient as possible for all interested parties. The school can create unique report templates and customize them to fit their style. For bilingual schools, blocks of text can be translated into other languages to facilitate effective communication among all participants.

The process consists of the following steps:

  1. Construction of the report framework.

1.1. Defining the main parameters: report title, start and end dates for completion.

1.2. Creating general report blocks: address to parents, comments from subject teachers, psychologist comments, mentor comments.

1.3. Creating criteria within the report: creative thinking/communication skills/accuracy, etc. (All participants will mark their score for each criterion on a specified scale, and the final average for each criterion will be displayed.)

  1. Formatting the final version of the report.

2.1. Formatting the cover page.

2.2. Adding the school logo, decorative elements, etc.

2.3. Formatting the page and future texts.

2.4. Linking blocks to the corresponding pages of the final report.

  1. Assignment of the report for teachers and staff to fill out.

Assignments can be made automatically to all students in the school, to specific classes or individual students. All staff members working with a particular student can be selected for report writing, or only some of them.

  1. Completion of reports by all participants in their personal accounts.

4.1. Each teacher can only see the students they teach.

4.2. When writing a report, the teacher sees the student's grades, their own comments, and the scores they gave.

4.3. The teacher can use the integrated artificial intelligence (AL) module.

4.4. The teacher can see the statistics for completing their students' reports and how many reports are left to write.

  1. Review and approval of reports by the administration.

5.1. The head teacher can see the progress of report completion, the percentage of completed reports, and which teachers have not started the task.

5.2. The report will be available in the parent's personal account only after it has been approved by the head teacher.

5.3. The head teacher can make changes to the teacher's report.

  1. Publication of reports in the personal accounts of parents.
