Process: School infrastructure

The school may consist of a single building or a complex of several buildings. If the school is a boarding school, then its infrastructure also includes a campus for the students' accommodation.

The service needs to include complete information about all buildings in order to:

  • separate user rights in different buildings;
  • analyze information separately for each building, as well as for the entire school simultaneously;
  • create a schedule and substitute teachers;
  • quickly find an available room for the necessary period of time.

The process scheme includes the following stages:

  1. Adding and describing building (campus) characteristics.
  2. Entering rooms for each building with their detailed description.
  3. Using data when creating schedules and analytical reports.

Assigning buildings to:

  • academic buildings,
  • accommodation buildings.

The description of the rooms is made according to the following parameters:

  • belonging to the building;
  • name (for inclusion in the schedule);
  • floor (to be able to select rooms on one floor);
  • area and capacity;
  • used for learning or living;
  • technical equipment;
  • specialization (laboratory, drawing room, etc.)
