Create a timetable for any period, from the next month to the full academic year, in a separate workspace. It does not affect the timetable currently in use, so you can try different options without changing what students and staff are already following.
Before generating the timetable, set the rules the AI needs to follow. For example, you can specify which days a particular teacher is available. Each rule can be adjusted to suit your school. You can also use your current timetable as a starting point and change only what is needed. Generation takes up to five minutes, depending on the number of lessons and teaching groups, and creates a timetable for each class.
Review the generated timetable, check for conflicts and see how well it works for each class. If you want to generate a new version, you can keep the lessons that are already in the right place and let the system rearrange the rest. Individual lessons can also be moved manually whenever needed.
Once the timetable is ready for every class, publish it across the school. The new timetable will apply to the selected period and replace any existing timetable for the same dates.
