Soft Skills Criteria
Schools can create a soft skills framework that reflects their educational approach, with blocks such as Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, and Creativity adapted to different age groups.
Each block includes clearly defined criteria, supported by descriptions and comments that help ensure a shared understanding across teachers.
All blocks and criteria are brought together in one table, making them easy to review, adjust, and use in everyday teaching. Access to the module can also be limited to homeroom teachers.
Assessment in Gradebook
Teachers can assess soft skills directly in the gradebook by selecting criteria, assigning development levels, and adding comments linked to lessons, activities, or projects.
Observations and Feedback
Teachers, homeroom teachers, and mentors can record observations alongside each assessment, adding context and helping staff interpret student growth more accurately.
Analytics and Reports
All assessments are automatically reflected in analytics, giving schools a clear view of soft skills data at the grade, student, class, and criteria levels. This makes it easier to monitor progress, compare results, and spot patterns over time.
Grades
A detailed overview of when assessments were recorded, by whom, and for which criteria, classes, and dates.
Students
A heatmap view of each student’s results across blocks and criteria.
Classes
A comparison of average results across classes, showing where performance is stronger or needs more support.
Criteria
An overview of how each criterion performs across different classes and grade levels.
Individual Student Progress
Mojo helps schools track each student’s progress over time. In the Students tab, users can select a class, open a student profile, and view year-by-year results across soft skills blocks and criteria. This supports a clearer understanding of long-term growth and each student’s learning journey.
