Meeting Planner

Meetings can be created in the Meeting Planner or directly fr om the school timetable. Simply enter a title, date, time and location. The meeting will then appear in the organiser's timetable and in the timetables of everyone invited.

The tool can be used to schedule consultations, staff meetings, parent meetings, sessions with the school counsellor and one-to-one conversations with students or parents.

Staff members, students and parents can all be invited to a meeting. For a group meeting, you can sel ect an entire class or study group. For a one-to-one meeting, simply add the person you would like to invite.

Invitees receive a notification and can accept or decline the invitation. The organiser can view their responses and see in advance who is planning to attend.

The Meeting Planner brings all scheduled meetings together in one place. The list shows when and wh ere each meeting will take place, who organised it and who has been invited.

Filters for date, building and staff member make it easy to find a specific meeting. Administrators can view all meetings across the school, while teachers can see the meetings they have created and invitations sent by the administration.

The organiser can update the meeting's date, time, title, notes or list of participants. Any changes will appear automatically in the timetables of everyone invited.

If a meeting is cancelled, it can be deleted fr om the planner. It will then disappear from the main meeting list and the participants' timetables.

Meetings are also available in the Mojo mobile app. Users can view them in their timetable, receive invitations and confirm whether they will be able to attend.

All the essential meeting details remain accessible from a mobile device, allowing users to check the date, time and location whenever they need to.
