The "Classroom Teacher" module is a convenient tool for managing a class or mentorship group. It simplifies the work of teachers and mentors by providing access to important information about students and improving the educational process.
Student list. The "List" tab contains all students associated with the class teacher or mentor. A filter helps to sort students by classes or groups. And color indicators show whether a student is in school or outside it.
Viewing student profiles. Provides access to students' personal data, information about parents, individual schedules, performance, and educational activities.
Timetable. This tab shows which lessons and activities students attend.
Attendance. The "Attendance" tab helps to track students' absences and lateness, as well as easily add information about absences and specify the reason. Information about absence also becomes available to teachers in the electronic register.
Educational goals. The function is intended for joint planning and analysis of educational goals with students, allowing to choose expected grades for each subject. This is a tool that visualizes student progress, contributing to more targeted and effective learning.
Meetings with students. Simplifies the recording and analysis of meetings with students, allowing the teacher to note the discussed issues and goals, with confidentiality maintained on important matters.
Behavior. Allows tracking and responding to behavioral issues by collecting remarks from various school staff.
