Process: Control of student behavior

In every school, there is a certain behavior policy that all participants in the educational process adhere to. In case a student violates the commonly accepted norms, employees are obligated to inform the administration, mentor, or parents of the student. How can this be done quickly and, most importantly, in a timely manner? After all, timely measures taken will ensure the safety of both the violator and those around them.

The process scheme includes the following stages:

  1. Formation of a list of violations.
  2. An employee notices a violation of the rules of behavior by a student.
  3. Entering data about the violation into the service.
  4. Displaying all violations in the administrator's/person responsible for safety's personal account.
  5. Decision-making on each case with a mark of the decision status.
  6. Formation of a general report on all violations in the selected period.
  7. Formation of reports on specific types of violations.

Possible types of violations (determined by the school):

  • Damage to property
  • Involvement in a conflict
  • Smoking on school territory
  • Emotionally unstable behavior
  • Violation of school regulations
  • Other

Possible levels of violations (determined by the school):

  • Remark
  • Concern
  • Problem

Possible violation statuses (determined by the school):

  • Requires attention
  • Closed

Subsequently, the employee responsible for education and/or safety in the school makes a decision on the measures necessary in each case. In the student's personal account, marks of the violation are not displayed.
