The service stores all user information in one place and provides convenient access to it. When necessary, one employee at the school updates the information to keep it up-to-date. All changes are made only once and are automatically reflected in all related modules.
User data can be entered one by one or in bulk via an Excel template.

Parent data:
- Full name with translation into another language if necessary

Staff data:

- Department/faculty

- Roles in the system
In this module, it is possible to view the login history of each user and help to log in if there is a problem accessing the system.
