Process: Timetable

To organize the learning process in school, it is necessary to make a clear and understandable schedule that will be known to all participants and which they will follow. It is convenient if the schedule displays not only classes, but also the time for visiting the cafeteria, attending clubs and sections. Teachers want to see their own schedule separately, which will indicate substitutions and duties, while students want to see their own classes and any additional activities they have chosen. All participants need to receive timely information about any changes in the schedule.

How can we ensure the correct display of the schedule in a service for all users and its reliability in supporting routine processes in school?

The process scheme includes the following stages:

  1. Entering preliminary information about the learning process that is significant for the schedule.
  2. Compiling the schedule in an external service/program.
  3. Adding the schedule to a prepared grid.
  4. Displaying the schedule in the personal account of the student/parent and teacher.
  5. Displaying the complete grid for the head teacher, with the ability to see "overlays" and intersections, make changes, and export to PDF.
